An environment where you can have real impact. Here, your decisions truly matter. We believe in independence and empowerment. No unnecessary bureaucracy or long approval chains: we want you to take the initiative and make a difference from day one. This is a place where you can shape the future of audio production.
A high-density talent pool. We select only the best in their field. Working with us, you'll be surrounded by exceptional professionals who will push you to constantly improve. Learning and growth opportunities are unlimited: your learning curve here will be steeper than anywhere else. Prepare to be challenged and inspired daily.
An attitude of change and challenge. We're always ready to question the status quo. We look for people who aren't afraid to challenge themselves and others, who are open to change and willing to step out of their comfort zone. If you love reinventing the rules of the game and pushing boundaries, this is the right place for you. We're not just adapting to the future of audio technology - we're creating it.
We don't offer
Predictability or rigid plans. As an early-stage startup, we're constantly learning, adapting, and evolution. Our strategies and priorities can shift rapidly as we learn and grow. We embrace uncertainty and see it as an opportunity for creativity. If you prefer a stable, unchanging work routine, you might find our dynamic approach challenging.
A traditional 9-to-5 schedule. The flip side of having real impact is real responsibility. In our tight-knit team, people depend on you. Some days might require extra hours to unblock colleagues or tackle accumulated tasks. We value results over clock-watching. At the same time, there will be days when you have less to do and are free to manage your time as you wish.
Comfort in the status quo. We hold strong opinions, but loosely. We're always ready to challenge our own ideas and embrace better ones. If you're not comfortable with rapid change or prefer well-established routines, our dynamic environment might not be the best fit for you.

From time to time we would like you to be in the office, we will organize meet-ups and events, to create a bond. It would be a shame for you to miss them, we’re funny.
Screening Your application gets reviewed by our hiring team. We do not use keywords or any software to scan and screen applications, it’s done by humans. If we have additional questions, we will reach out by email. We recognize that you invested time and energy in building your application, and we want to dedicate the same to properly review it.
1st Interview This is the first time you will meet someone from the Forte! team face to face. In the 1st interview, you will most probably meet with 1 of the co-founders (your future mentor). We will let you know the outcome of the 1st interview within some days, unless we inform you otherwise.
Challenge/ Video (optional) The challenge/Video is a real world practical task designed by our hiring team to let you showcase your skills. If we have sent you a challenge it means we are seriously considering working with you. It’s not a mandatory task, but if you complete it means you are there.
2nd Interview (if needed) If the outcome of the 1st interview is positive, you could be invited for a 2nd interview. This usually happens within a week after the 1st interview. Here you will meet with your future mentor and one of the other co-founders depending on the role. We will let you know the outcome of the 2nd interview within a week unless we inform you otherwise.
Offer stage This is the last step of the recruitment process. If you convince us and we convince you, we will prepare an offer for you. This usually happens within 2 working days after your 2nd interview. We will inform you if otherwise.
