Forte AI has released a direct integration with Samply, the audio review and sharing platform. Users can now export stems and mixes from inside Forte and upload them directly to a Samply project in a single action. Samply supports lossless streaming, client comments, password protection, custom branding, and a dedicated mobile app. The integration is available inside the Forte export module under location settings.

Forte AI Integrates with Samply: From DAW to Client in One Click

If you have ever finished a mix, bounced your stems, then spent the next ten minutes uploading files, copying links, and chasing the right folder to send a client, you already understand the problem this integration solves.

We have released a direct integration between Forte and Samply. From inside your DAW, you can now export your stems or mixes and deliver them straight into a Samply project without a single manual file transfer in between.

What Is Samply

Samply is an audio review and collaboration platform built specifically for creators sharing work in progress and final deliverables with clients and collaborators.

It supports lossless streaming, client comments, password-protected sharing, custom branding on projects, and a dedicated mobile app that works on both iOS and Android. Everything related to a session lives in one place, with clear versioning so clients always know which file is which.

How the Integration Works

The integration lives inside the Forte export module. When you set parameters for your export and choose a location, you will now see Samply as an option alongside your local output folders.

Here is the workflow step by step:

  1. Open your session in Pro Tools or Logic Pro with the Forte export module running.
  2. Create your stems or mixes as normal inside Forte. In the demo below, Andy from Forte creates an instrumental and an acapella from the same session.
  3. In set parameters, set your file name and select Samply as the export location.
  4. Choose the Samply project you want to deliver to. Projects are created in Samply beforehand and appear directly inside Forte once your account is connected.
  5. Hit print. Forte bounces your stems and uploads them to the Samply project automatically.
  6. Open Samply and your files are there, ready to share.

From that point inside Samply you can share with specific collaborators or clients, add password protection, enable lossless streaming, leave or receive timestamped comments, and monitor feedback, all from one place. Clients can listen from any device, including mobile, without needing to download anything.

Why This Matters for Day-to-Day Workflow

The manual steps between finishing a mix and getting client feedback are small individually. Exporting to a folder, uploading to a transfer service, copying a link, sending an email, waiting for feedback in a reply thread. But they add up across every project and every revision cycle.

The Forte and Samply integration removes that entire middle layer. You go directly from export to a structured, professional listening environment your client can access immediately on any device.

"You can go from your DAW to your cell phone in just one click."

For engineers delivering to multiple clients across multiple sessions, that compression of steps has a real effect on how much time goes into admin versus work.

What Samply Includes for Sharing and Review

Once your stems or mixes are in Samply, you have access to:

  • Lossless streaming so clients hear the actual quality of the file
  • Timestamped comments for precise feedback on specific moments
  • Password protection per project or per file
  • Custom branding so projects carry your identity when shared with clients
  • Version management so earlier and later mixes are stored and distinguishable
  • Desktop and mobile access through the Samply app

Frequently Asked Questions

What DAWs does this integration work with?

The integration is available inside the Forte export module, which currently supports Pro Tools and Logic Pro.

Do I need a Samply account to use this?

Yes. You need an active Samply account and a project set up in Samply before exporting. The project then appears as a destination inside Forte when you set export parameters.

What types of files can I send to Samply through Forte?

Any stems or mixes you create inside Forte, including instrumentals, acapellas, individual bus bounces, and full mixes. The integration works with whatever you have set up in your Forte export module.

Can clients listen on mobile?

Yes. Samply has a dedicated mobile app. Files uploaded via Forte are accessible through it immediately.

Is Samply free?

Samply has its own pricing and plan structure. Visit samply.com for current options.

Does this work with analog printing in real time?

Yes. Forte handles the bounce as normal, including real-time analog prints, and uploads to Samply once the bounce is complete.
