Presets

Presets let you save your current import configuration and reload it instantly. Use them to switch between different show types, client workflows, or team configurations without reconfiguring everything manually.

Saving a preset

In the Settings panel bottom bar, click the save icon. Enter a name (max 40 characters) and confirm. The preset saves all current category settings, visual options, and import preferences.

Loading a preset

Click the Presets dropdown in the Settings bottom bar. Select a saved preset to load it. The currently active preset shows a checkmark. An asterisk (*) appears next to the name if the loaded preset has unsaved modifications.

Exporting presets

Click Export to file in the Presets dropdown. The current settings are saved as a .fpost file that can be shared with colleagues or backed up externally.

Importing presets

Click Load from file and select a .fpost file. The settings from that file are loaded immediately.

Deleting presets

In the Presets dropdown, click the X icon next to any preset to delete it permanently.
