What is fMusic?
fMusic is a standalone desktop application, not a plugin. It runs alongside Pro Tools or Logic Pro and automates the most tedious parts of session setup and stem export.
Import Module
The Import Module brings your audio files into Pro Tools or Logic Pro, fully organized and ready to mix. Drop your files into fMusic and AI-R (Automatic Instrument Recognition) identifies every instrument from the raw audio signal, not the filename or metadata. It then renames, color-codes, and routes each track to your mix template automatically.

Export Module
The Export Module bounces your stems in two clicks. Build your print list once, select the prints you need, and Forte handles the rest. No manually soloing tracks, no clicking through Pro Tools or Logic Pro bounce dialogs.
- Create grouped or individual stem prints
- Bounce selected prints without touching the DAW
- Configure format, bit depth, sample rate, and export location per print
- Save your print list and reuse it across sessions
fMusic works with both Pro Tools and Logic Pro. Most features are available on both DAWs. Pages that cover DAW-specific behavior are labeled accordingly.
