Mixing templates
Connect your mix template to fMusic's Import module so every imported session lands in your template, pre-routed and ready to mix. This eliminates the most time-consuming part of starting a new mix.
How to set it up
In fMusic Import settings, choose your saved mix template from the dropdown.
fMusic connects to the active session. Have your template open and active in Pro Tools or Logic Pro before running the import.
fMusic routes all recognized tracks directly into the template structure. No manual routing after import.
This is the fastest way to start a mix session. Import, open your DAW, and your tracks are already where they need to be.
Template routing
fMusic uses the routing assignments you set in the Customize panel to map each instrument category to the correct bus in your template. Set this up once in your preset and it applies automatically on every import.
