Using your mix templates

Forte Import integrates seamlessly with your existing mixing templates. You don't have to change your workflow; Forte adapts to it.

Workflow

1. Open your Pro Tools session with your chosen mixing template active
2. Drag and drop your audio files into Forte Import
3. Click Customize in Forte Import and select the preset that matches your template; all settings (colors, categories, routing destinations) are automatically aligned with your template
4. Drag and drop your audio tracks to confirm
5. Click Set Routing Option: all outputs and routing destinations are set automatically according to your preferences

With just two clicks, all tracks are imported, organized, and routed exactly as you like.

Result

A fully organized session ready for mixing: every track lands on the correct channel with the correct routing. No drag-and-drop, no manual bus assignments.
