How to manage presets

Presets save your complete Forte Import configuration: colors, categories, organization, ordering, and routing. Load any preset instantly when you start a new project or switch studios.

Accessing presets

Navigate to the Customize section in Forte Import. The Preset dropdown appears at the top of the Customize menu, with "Default" as the initial selection.

Loading a preset

Open the preset dropdown and select your desired configuration. When you load a preset, Forte Import instantly updates all session settings: colors, categories, organization, ordering, and routing all change to match the selected preset.

Saving a new preset

After customizing your session settings, save your configuration as a new preset by naming and saving it. It will be available for all future sessions.

Exporting and importing presets

Saved presets can be exported and imported, making it easy to move your setup between computers or studios. Share your configuration with a collaborator or back it up for use on another machine.
